Meet, Tamika is not only a dedicated wife and mother of three, but she also brings over 10 years of experience in the field of education.She has a remarkable ability to go beyond the surface and navigate unfamiliar spaces in life, all while putting her trust in God. She lives by the inspiring words of Psalm 119:105.Throughout her career, Tamika has helped students overcome limiting beliefs about themselves and discover their true potential.She is determined to listen to God's calling and find her footing again, even after experiencing the loss of close family members.Tamika's goal is to empower others to become the best versions of themselves and assist those who are not yet able to help themselves. She believes in the power of collaboration, support, and accountability.Tamika and her husband have established an organization called "Beyond the SurfACE" (ACE represents the initials of their three children) which takes 8th-grade students and above to a college Expo in Atlanta.Additionally, she conducts workshops that teach students how to apply for scholarships and is currently working on an ACT prep program
